EDUCATION

University education provides a superior level of entry into society. We will work with Hebrew and Tel Aviv Universities to ensure that talented Israelis of Ethiopian descent have the financial resources they need to pursue their academic aspirations. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive financial package that includes tuition, living expenses, tutoring, and coaching tailored to the specific needs of each Israeli student of Ethiopian descent.

WALK IN THEIR SHOES

We Walked Together!

People from Europe, North America, and Israel embarked on a four-day journey to Ethiopia from November 14th to November 17th, 2022. The group traveled with Ethiopian Jewish educators to learn about the community’s rich history, took a historic walk, and learned about the struggles the community faced in the 1980s and 1990s to reach the Promised Land.

Make A Difference

University broadens one’s access to opportunities. Ethiopian-born Israelis are underrepresented at both Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University. Scholarships will improve integration and lay the groundwork for long-term change.

To level the playing field, Israelis of Ethiopian descent require financial assistance to fairly compete.
With an outstanding itinerary, the Changemakers had an inspiring experience on a mission curated to meet the needs of the curious and experienced traveler
Learn about the history of one of the world’s oldest Jewish communities and help raise awareness of their challenges.
Raise $10 million in scholarships, which equates to 613 academic years of study at Hebrew University or Tel Aviv University for Israelis of Ethiopian descent.
